- Informs patients throughout the process, from when to expect to receive their Cologuard test to delivery of results and next steps
- Provides multichannel outreach, which explains the screening process, how to complete the Cologuard test, and next steps based on results
- Outreach may include automated and live calls, mailed letters, text messages, and emails*
